Uniguest is a global digital engagement technology provider, spanning digital signage, IPTV and enterprise video.

The business is consolidating its portfolio – moving from a house of brands to a single, unified platform under its “Hub” solution suite.

Arrow & Zest works with Uniguest to shape and share this transition, bringing clarity and consistency to how the story is told. This project became a standout campaign – capturing that shift through real-world customer stories.

Challenge

With three recently completed installations located close together – Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham College and Chesterfield FC – we set ourselves an ambitious goal: capture all three in a single, three-day shoot.

Coordinating permissions, schedules and logistics for multiple live environments was no small feat, but through careful planning, collaboration and adaptability, we made it happen.

Arrow & Zest led the planning, creative direction and stakeholder interviews, working alongside Uniguest’s video production partner to shape and capture each story.

Pre-interviews with Uniguest account leads and client stakeholders informed detailed filming briefs, ensuring each story focused on real business impact.

Over three days, we interviewed seven people across Marketing, IT and Operations – even the Chairperson of a football club – drawing out insights that revealed the true business value of Uniguest’s Hub platform.

The hat-trick shoot delivered significant time and cost efficiencies while maintaining creative quality – capturing three flagship customer stories in a single, highly coordinated production.

All three films have quickly become some of Uniguest’s most compelling client success stories, prompting teams across the organisation to request similar videos for their own projects.

The Chesterfield FC case study alone reached over 500 views in the first day, demonstrating strong early engagement.
