Launching an AV experience centre microsite
Background
onemedia is a specialist AV distributor representing some of the world’s leading brands.
With the launch of its new experience centre onespace, onemedia set out to create a hands-on environment for showcasing technologies, hosting meetings and supporting partner engagement.
The space brings complementary solutions together under one roof, reflecting onemedia’s role as a technical solutions partner within the AV channel.
To maximise its impact, the experience needed a clear digital presence that could extend the showroom beyond its physical location.
Challenge
Despite the success of the physical launch, there was no dedicated online destination for the experience centre.
Prospective visitors had no easy way to explore the facility in advance, understand how it could be used or request a visit.
The challenge was to create a purpose-built microsite that mirrored the intent of the physical showroom – supporting discovery, learning and collaboration while providing a clear route to engagement.

Solution
Arrow & Zest led the planning, messaging and delivery of the onespace microsite.
We developed a clear structure and narrative that showcases the technologies and partner brands within the space, explains how the experience centre is used for demos, meetings and training, and provides a simple route for enquiries and visit bookings.
To deliver the site, Arrow & Zest partnered with Visualab to design and build the microsite using onemedia’s existing WordPress CMS. This ensured seamless integration with existing systems and a fast four-week turnaround from approval to launch.
The result is a focused digital experience that extends the physical showroom online while supporting onemedia’s wider marketing and sales activity.

The onespace microsite launched in line with onemedia’s wider marketing campaign for the new experience centre.
The site now acts as a clear digital destination, allowing visitors to explore the space, understand its capabilities and request visits with confidence.
