Launching a new AV experience centre microsite

Background

onemedia is a specialist AV distributor representing some of the world’s leading brands. With the opening of onespace, their new showroom and demonstration facility in Bracknell, onemedia set out to create a hub for showcasing vendor technologies and hosting customer meetings, training sessions and partner events.

The space was designed to offer a hands-on experience that brings together complementary products across audio, video and control, reflecting onemedia’s growing role as a technical solutions partner within the AV channel.

Challenge

Despite the success of the physical launch, onespace initially lacked a dedicated online presence. Without a clear digital destination, potential visitors and partners had no easy way to discover the facility, explore its capabilities or request a visit.

The goal was to create a purpose-built microsite that extended the showroom’s reach beyond its physical footprint – positioning onespace as an inspiring environment for learning, collaboration and customer engagement.

Solution

Arrow & Zest was appointed to lead the planning, messaging and delivery of the onespace microsite.

Working closely with onemedia’s marketing team, we developed the site structure and content to highlight three key elements:

  • Showcase: technologies and brands on display

  • Spaces: areas available for demos, meetings and training

  • Bookings: a clear route for enquiries and visit requests

We crafted concise, benefit-led messaging to communicate why onespace is different – blending storytelling with practical details on what visitors can expect.

To bring the creative vision to life, Arrow & Zest partnered with Visualab to design and build the site within onemedia’s existing WordPress CMS. The collaboration ensured consistent branding, seamless integration with existing systems and a fast four-week turnaround from project approval to launch.

Results

The onespace microsite launched successfully in June 2025, aligning perfectly with onemedia’s marketing campaign for the new experience centre.

The site now serves as a digital showcase for the facility, providing a clear destination for visitors to learn more, explore technologies and book visits.

Early engagement has been strong, with the site supporting increased visitor interest and sales team enquiries – reinforcing onemedia’s reputation as an innovative, solutions-focused distributor.
