Workplace Vision
Redefining AV Managed Services for the IT channel.
Background
Workplace Vision is a new AV Managed Services Provider specialising in designing and supporting AV technology standards for hybrid workplaces. Their mission is to deliver a seamless, equitable user experience for all employees, regardless of location.
Challenge
Following a strategic shift to adopt a channel-first approach targeting IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Workplace Vision’s existing messaging and positioning no longer aligned with the needs of IT audiences. This misalignment hindered their ability to clearly communicate their offering during several high-value tender opportunities with large IT service providers. To capitalise on these opportunities, they needed to rethink their approach—quickly.
Services
✔ Brand positioning & messaging
✔ Explainer video
✔ Website update

Solution
Arrow & Zest worked closely with the leadership team to reposition Workplace Vision as a specialist AV Managed Services Provider.
By simplifying their messaging and value proposition, we ensured it resonated with IT audiences. A key component was an explainer video, told through the eyes of Gary, a Head of IT, which highlighted the challenges of managing global AV systems and showcased Workplace Vision’s innovative solutions. Additionally, we rewrote and updated the website to align with the refined messaging and reinforce their channel-first strategy.
Results
Delivered within a tight timeframe, the updated materials supported several live tender opportunities.
The explainer video was well-received and the refined messaging positioned Workplace Vision as a trusted partner within the IT channel.
“Alex’s ability to understand our needs and deliver high-quality work was invaluable. Managing the video and website updates with minimal input from me felt like a real breakthrough. The updated materials played a key role in securing our first major support contracts, and the efficient turnaround made a big difference.”
